- We are a team of two! Elaine & Nell Oliver make up the mother and daughter team. We control the whole creative process right from the initial sketches to the final produced product delivered to your door. Then it's your turn to take over and customise your space! With our great choice of designs you will have no excuse, you can create without picking up a paintbrush.
- What are the Elly Nelly wall graphics made of?
- The Elly Nelly graphics are created from a self-adhesive high quality ultra-thin cut Vinyl with a matte surface finish. In other words, it will look like you painted it on!
- How do the Elly Nelly wall graphics work?
- Our designs are easily applied and look great on walls, windows, mirrors, fridges, tiles, ceilings, bathrooms, toilets...the list goes on! Any smooth clean surface is suitable! (If you are unsure of a surface you want to apply to just contact us and ask, as some bumpy and rough surfaces are unsuitable). There is no need to knock holes in walls, these graphics are self-adhesive yet removable when you are ready for a change, perfect for anyone - whether you want them up for 5 minutes or 5 years. Every order comes with an easy to follow set of instructions
- Are the Elly Nelly wall graphics re-usable?
- No, the Elly Nelly graphics are removable but not re-usable. When you are ready to change up your wall or surface and remove your graphics the process is easy. The adhesive vinyl graphics can be peeled off without leaving any damage to your surface. The vinyl will stretch while you peel and in the process it will loose it's adhesive quality. If you are unsure about the paint quality or surface you intend to apply your graphics to please get in touch and we can answer any further questions you have about application or removal.
- What shipping methods do you use?
- We ship all our products from Sydney Australia. If the item is under 500g (smaller/ regular size graphics and prints) we typically use standard shipping. Which takes 2 to 4 business days to reach domestic Australian customers (all States). If the item is above 500g (larger graphics) we also use standard shipping which will arrive in around 4 days. It will take 5-10 business days to arrive to our lovely international customers via Air Mail International. We ship to every corner of the globe!
- How long from ordering to shipping?
- We custom make each graphic when you place your order, this takes 1-2 business days...then we'll have your package shipped right off to you!
- What currency are the prices shown in?
- All product pricing is shown in AUS dollars.
- What are the shipping costs for domestic Australian orders?
- Shipping for one item ranges from $6 - $7. Additional items purchased in same order ship for $1 each, some of the larger graphics are $2 each.
- What are the shipping costs for International orders?
- Shipping for one item ranges from $9 to $13. Additional items purchased in same order ship for $3 each.
- What are the shipping costs for Elly Nelly Prints?
- Our prints ship for $4 to domestic Australia and $8 International. If you are wanting to add any aditional prints in the same shipment they ship for free. Just send us an email before ordering any more than one print and we can make sure you get the discount rate.
- Inches or Centimeters?
- We've displayed all our measurements in inches, if you have any questions regarding sizes and the conversion between inches and centimeters feel free to email us.
